Residents can expect to find generous amenities which promote social engagement within the wider community including an on-site gym, wellbeing and fitness classes, educational classes and clubs, roof terraces; green spaces, improved ecology and social spaces to aid social cohesion as well as a strong focus on sustainability.

The concept supports city centre living, with easy access to city centre jobs and social amenities. There will also be events, flexible terms, and administration of utility bills. A residential living software app will be available to all residents to facilitate room bookings, provide information and share community building initiatives.
