Our purpose-built Build to Rent (BtR), co-living and student homes are designed and built sustainably, and welcome people from all backgrounds to enjoy a great way of life, generating a positive impact for wider communities. Beyond residential for rent, our successful and well-established home-building division has an increasing focus on the delivery of affordable housing products. With increasing pressure on many areas to quickly create new housing, we have an excellent track record of delivering homes fast without compromising on quality. Over 95% of our developments are on site within six months of the grant of planning permission and our in-house construction capacity means we can rapidly boost local housing supply. Over the last 25 years we have delivered over 43,000 student beds across 130 sites, with a pipeline of over 12,300 BtR, student or Co- Living homes currently.
Today, we are successfully working across every part of the UK. We closely engage with local authorities, our neighbours, and a wide range of relevant stakeholders to focus on investing in central brownfield sites that make the best use of land, and create high quality, appropriately designed places. Our end-to-end delivery model means that when we acquire, design and build places, we often stay to manage them as a valuable longterm member of the community.
